                    <p class="text-justify py-2">Our team will review your request swiftly and aim to provide a decision within 1 to 3 business days. You will be notified of the decision via the email address associated with your account.

                    <h5 class="text-start">Refund Issuance</h5>
                    <p class="text-justify py-2">Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

                    <h5 class="text-start">Subscription Benefits</h5>
                    <p class="text-justify py-2">Once a refund is issued, any subscription benefits will be terminated immediately. </p>
