**To stop a DB cluster**

The following ``stop-db-cluster`` example stops a DB cluster and its DB instances. ::

    aws rds stop-db-cluster \
        --db-cluster-identifier mydbcluster

Output::

            "AvailabilityZones": [
                "us-east-1a",
                "us-east-1e",

            ],
